Individuals may apply to revoke or vary their Third Party Exclusion Order / Visit Limit if there are any changes in their financial circumstances. The Third Party Exclusion Order / Visit Limit will remain in force until it is revoked successfully.

 

How do I apply?

What information should I provide?

Please get ready the following documents to upload during the application:

  • Latest IRAS Notice of Assessment/Pay Slips for the past 3 months
  • Bank Statements for the past 3 months
  • Latest CPF Contribution History
  • Credit Bureau Singapore Report and Personal Bureau Individual Credit Report (Click here for instructions on how to retrieve the report(s))
  • Any other financial documents (e.g., SGX investments, ACRA registration of business)

Please ensure that the documents uploaded are in JPEG, JPG, PNG or PDF format and not exceeding 5 MB each.

 

What happens after I submit the application?

You will be required to book an appointment for a harm assessment at the NCPG’s appointed agency, Resilienz Clinic.

When you have completed the required procedures, the Council will make an assessment whether to grant permission for the application to revoke or vary the order.

If the Council’s permission is granted and a hearing is scheduled to hear your application, you will need to indicate your availability for the hearing. Your attendance is essential to help the Council decide whether to revoke or vary the Third Party Exclusion Order / Visit Limit.

 

How long does it take for the NCPG to decide if my Third Party Exclusion Order / Visit Limit can be revoked or varied?

The duration depends on how soon the revocation / variation procedures are completed. Most applications take about  6 months to complete.
