  1. Check if he/she is agreeable to seek professional help.
  2. If the individual is agreeable to seek help, you may:
    • Assist him/her to make an appointment at our appointed agency, The Resilienz Clinic @ Novena Medical Centre with his/her consent. Information needed include name, NRIC and contact details.

    • Direct him/her to the NCPG website to understand the available help resources, and encourage him/her to take the first step by engaging with his/her preferred agency
