Revoke Self-Exclusion / Voluntary Visit Limit (For Singapore Citizens / Permanent Residents)

Individuals may apply to revoke their Self-Exclusion / Voluntary Visit Limit after being on the safeguard for at least one year. The Self-Exclusion / Voluntary Visit Limit will remain in force until it is revoked successfully.

 

How do I apply to revoke?

To revoke your application, you will be required to complete a Gambling Self-Assessment to learn more about your own gambling behaviours.

After completion, you will either be prompted to complete an online psycho-education courseware or be referred to attend 2 counselling sessions at NCPG’s appointed agency, Resilienz Clinic. (For better user experience, please access the online psycho-education courseware using your personal computer or laptop.)

When will my Self-Exclusion / Voluntary Visit Limit be revoked?

We will process your application once you have completed the required revocation procedures.

If you have previously applied for a Self-Exclusion under a different ID (e.g. your FIN), please notify NCPG of the change. Failing which, your Self-Exclusion under that ID will remain in force indefinitely.  Please notify NCPG of any changes in your citizenship or ID to ensure accurate reflection of your exclusion status on the NCPG portal.
