Submit Credit Reports

Steps to obtain the Credit Bureau Singapore (CBS) Report:

Go to Credit Bureau Singapore website.
On the banner, please select “Report Submission to HDB/NCPG”.
Under the NCPG logo, please select “Submit Report” and log in with your Singpass.
Enter the access code (provided by NCPG in the SMS/email notification) and submit the form. With the access code, you will not be charged for the credit report.
With your consent, NCPG will automatically receive a copy of your credit report and you get to keep a copy as well. You will not be required to separately upload or send a copy of the report to us.

Steps to obtain the Personal Bureau Individual (PBI) Report:
